Starting With New Releases, Ending With A Big Birthday Party!

April flew by despite the dreary weather. We were having too much fun inside bottling. Although we have a bit left to bottle (who's excited about the return of Red Mountain Cabernet Franc? In new French oak? We Are!), we're mostly finished and ready to enjoy the patio. May brings about days and evenings enjoyed on the patio, yard games, and the start of our 1st and 3rd Friday's music lineup. Wednesday Wine! 2014 Tahija Merlot
Our Wednesday $5 glass pour for May is our newest release, the 2014 Tahija Merlot. Available every Wednesday in May from 4-8 p.m.

First Friday, May 4th, 4-8 p.m.
Join us for another fun First Friday. This month we're featuring the sculptures and paintings by Steve Wellman. And we're excited to welcome Wyatt Woodback as our entertainer. Music starts at 5, but come early to grab a seat. The forecast looks like we will be on the new patio!

Spring Release Weekend, Friday, May 11th - Sunday, May 13th
We're releasing our pretty pink and delicious 2017 Sangiovese Rose', and Tall Grass Farms will have hanging baskets and plants on hand to purchase. We'll be handing out carnations to Moms who stop in (while supplies last). We have extended hours Friday, noon - 8 p.m. and normal hours Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. Spring Release Weekend is brought to you by The Cork District.

Farmer's Market Painting and Wine with Christina Hull, Wednesday, May 16th, 6 to 8 p.m.
Christina is back with a bike painting just in time for the opening of the Liberty Lake Farmers' Market the following Saturday. $30 provides instruction, supplies, and one glass of wine. Sign up and pay here to reserve your space.

Third Friday Entertainment, May 18th, 4-8 p.m.
Join us for a fun evening on the patio (weather permitting) with Gilbert Rivas. Music starts at 5, but come early to grab a seat.

Clover Restaurant, Friday, May 18th, 6-9 p.m.
If you can't join us in Liberty Lake, join us at Clover for a great evening of food and entertainment. The very talented Ron Greene is playing on the patio, and we'll be pouring the wine. Reservations & more information at cloverspokane.com. Walk-ins welcome, reservations recommended. 

McClain's Pizzeria, Wednesday, May 23rd 6-8 p.m.
What goes well with wine? PIZZA! Join us as we pour bottles, glasses, and tastings at McClain's Pizzeria. We're excited to bring the winery to the north side for the evening. For more information check out McClain's Facebook page.

Mark's Turning 40! May 30th 4-8 p.m.
We're having a party! Mark requested a one night, sneak peek, release of a 2016 red wine made in his first vintage at the winery as a way to celebrate. Small bites and cake to be provide as well. Stop in, be subjected to Mark's music playlist (Sarah's concerned), and wish Mark a happy birthday!

We're Hiring!

Bottling Wine This April!

Bottling season has begun at Liberty Lake Wine Cellars. We've bottled our 2016 Malbec, 2017 Sangiovese Rose', and a very special 2017 Gewürztraminer. All three are new varietals to the winery and all three are scheduled to be released this year. Stop by any weekend in April to catch a glimpse of us in action and perhaps taste a sample or two.

Our latest release has been very popular in the tasting room and now it's our featured glass pour for April. This wine was also popular in New York, winning a silver medal at the 2018 Fingerlakes International Wine Competition just last week! Every Wednesday in April stop by the tasting room for a $5 glass pour of this fantastic wine.

We've got a great father/son duo lined up this month. Steve Wellman will be showing his sculptures and paintings and his son Antonio will be entertaining us with his music. The winery opens at 4 and the music starts at 5. Come early to grab a seat.

Sign Painting with Shelli Dickinson
Shelli from Liberty Lake Designs is back to teach another sign painting class. This class features some popular signs from the past as well as some new creations. 2014 Tahija Merlot Release
Join us the last week in April as we release a crowd favorite, Merlot. This 2014 wine is an 85%/15% blend of Merlot and Petit Verdot sourced from Stillwater Creek, Sagemoor, and Seven Hills Vineyards.

March is Taste WA Wine Month

March is Taste Washington Wine Month and to celebrate every Wednesday in March we'll be offering $5 glass pours of our 2013 Petite Sirah. Petite Sirah is known for its impressive deep color, notes of blueberry, dark chocolate, and black pepper and ours is no exception.

This month we're featuring local painter Maxwell Brown and his colorful oil paintings. If you didn't make it in to see his art, you have another opportunity in March.
